Terry's Pet Palace

So I dropped off our 3 dogs to be groomed. I received a call from the groomer. He stated that my dog hurt her tail in the crate and that if I wanted to take her to the vet they would cover all costs. So I went to get the dogs my dogs tail was bleeding pretty bad. So we did take her to the vet where he stated that her tail would have to be amputated. Her tail was broken so badly it was just hanging by skin. This was not an injury that was caused by her getting her tail caught in the crate. What did they do to our sweet little dog? I wish I knew what truly happened but I can tell you we won’t be taking our dogs there. Be aware what’s going on our dogs can’t tell us what happened. Whoever did this to our dogs can’t should not be around animals. I’m leaving this review so people are warned may

Very professional. Terry took the time to pet my very skiddish Benny boy. He's a barker for sure and she did an amazing job meeting him and making him fit right in. Thank you Terry!!!!

This place is great! Terry has been grooming my German Shepherd for a few years. I absolutely love the way he comes out of there. Her crew is great with him. He had his spa day and now he is chilling 😎

They have always done excellent work with my Pyrenees St Bernard mix who doesn’t even tolerate a good brushing at home. Trimming him down so we don’t have to sweep up another dog daily in the home is such a blessing and they do a great job. Although my dog looks a little strange after a cut, he feels better in the heat and I’m happier all at the same time. I say he looks strange because when ya see him hairy hairy hairy all winter it’s definitely a different look. Thank you for all you do and I will be calling in an appointment for this year real soon.

I recently moved to the Ardmore area and was anxious about finding a new groomer for my Chow, Henry. I'm so happy with Terry's Pet Palace. They took the time to get to know Henry before taking him back. And he was very handsome when I picked him up!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
