Terry's Aquarium & Pet Center

I love the prices and selection of Fish in the store. However I’m a bit put off by the lack of knowledge or experience some of the employees have. I purchase nails for my tank to help keep the tank clean and the lady did not inform me that the snails populates in large quantities I mean they have a lot of babies over 30 so far. Now I have a tank full of baby snails. I would have never bought the snails if I had known that. Also I purchase an allergy eater that apparently is too aggressive for my tank. I just think she should’ve asked what kind of fish that I have before suggestion that allergy eater. They need to be trained better I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

Nice selection of fish. Clean tanks. Crowded with stuff. Decent prices. Wish owner was a little more understanding and considerate of new customers needs that have traveled long distance just to visit his pet store and make exceptions to accommodate them better. I wasn't asking for very much of him at all, felt kind of put off by his actions and lack of caring. Would've been a 5 star if he had been kind and considerate instead of rude. Hope he treats other people with handicapped disabilities better. Fish I got are still very nice.

This Is The best fish store in NWI , they have very fair prices . The owner makes sure you are happy ! All there tanks are super clean and well taken care of ! The owner goes above and beyond for your fish needs and the kind of fish you are looking for! If I could give this place more stars I would ! Go take a ride to Terry’s you won’t regret it . DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GO CHECK THEM !

The best thing about this place is that there so nice snd sometimes give out discount the best thing I got was a parrot which was a really good deal recommended this if your looking for birds or fishes. They also have reptiles which are So cool.

I absolutely love this place. I've been shopping there for years because they always seem to have what I need. I've never had any issues with any live fish or supplies I've purchased.
