Everyone at Tender Touch is so friendly, welcoming and truly cares about the health of our pets. They remember past visits and know specifics of our pet. When an emergency arises they are quick to get us in and know the best care for our pets. They all truly care! Really appreciate the follow up calls to see how our pet is doing. I highly recommend Tender Touch for all of your pet needs.

The vets and techs genuinely care about your pets. Because this is an independent, non-corporate practice, they’re able to provide much more personal and tailored care. I’m never rushed or treated like a number—they know me and my pets. The medical treatment my pets have received has been solid. They always try to squeeze me in when something urgent comes up, and I can always reach a real person on the phone. Highly recommend.

I do not normally write reviews but I figured if I could save someone else money and heartache by writing this then it was worth it. Do not go to tender care if you want to be met with compassion and respect. Or better yet do not see carolee switalski. I came to tender touch looking for someone to listen to me and to help me with medicating my dog for aggression and canine compulsive disorder.Keep in mind I called beforehand and asked if they were open to medicating dogs as not everyone is and i was told absolutely. That was a lie. I was hoping for a safe place and to be heard. Instead I was insulted and berated and my dog who was already anxious that was now trying her best to soothe herself around new people and in a new environment was yelled at by carolee in an attempt to “train” her.

My dogs and cats have been clients of Tender Touch for 20 years. The staff and vets have always been friendly and empathetic to my pets’ needs. They have the equipment necessary (laser treatment, etc.) so that I did not need to go elsewhere. The cost is in line with other practices. I would highly recommend Tender Touch!

I started coming to Tender Touch when a family member's dog was very ill and had to be put down. It was his very first experience with Tender Touch, though they treated him and his pup as if they were lifelong patients. That's when I decided I would transfer my pup over to Tender Touch. Everyone is so kind and treats my pup as if he were their own. As I have struggled through a cancer diagnosis and now end-of-life decisions for him, they've taken all the time I've needed to patiently walk me through what I need to know to make sound decisions for my pup. I couldn't more highly recommend the staff of Tender Touch, and particularly Dr. Ahuja, Dr. Ruble, Ellen, and Haley.
