Clinic staff and veterinarian were very detailed, educated, and cared for Bella. They also asked a lot of questions about her health for it being her annual check up which I have never gotten elsewhere. I highly recommend.
Please explain why these collar rings have 3 loops? Rabie collar hole (mich less dog id) can not slide through (so fusturating). Had to use older collar ring from other vet. Do not have industrial snips to cut it.
Definitely do not recommend this place. They charged me $150 to look at pictures of my dogs rash on my phone, they said they couldn't do much more because he was growling at them but he was also wearing a muzzle. I called back to get a refill of an itch medication that they had prescribed him and got three different stories from three different people only for them not to refill it at all. This place is an absolute joke and they'll take you for every penny you have. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I would have given zero stars if that were an option!
EVERYONE at tender care is so friendly and knowledgeable! My little dog Pugzy actually seems like he likes it there! THAT doesn't happen at most vets I've been to with other dogs..
I have been going toTender Care for all my pet needs since 2016. They are reliable, understanding and compassionate. I highly recommend them to your furry friends.
