I brought my new pup Elvis in for his first wellness visit. I found everyone professional and pleasant. I already have a soft spot for Dr Scott. His energy is perfect for a veterinarian and I have met many vets over my life. He is considerate, intelligent, and his energy is receptive to the animals! The rest of the team is very educated and enjoy what they do!

The Team at Tenafly Veterinary Hospital are outstanding. They have helped me with not only my puppy’s health but have guided me when having issues with his diet and developing healthy eating. Dr Salas is just wonderful and Dr Scott pitched in on a Saturday before closing and stayed to see my puppy because of stomach issues. He recommended a high fiber canned-food that helped. Thank you all for the care you give not only to our furry babies but the peace of mind you give to the parents.

Dr. Han always takes the time to explain every procedure thoroughly and does so with genuine compassion. The techs—especially Mel, Erica, Nattie, Nicole, and Brandon—are incredibly gentle and kind with my senior cat, treating her with such care and respect. The front desk team, including Katelyn, Lilly, and Jessica, are warm, personable, and always make us feel welcome. Everyone truly understands my furry child's unique personality, and it's clear they genuinely love her. I couldn’t ask for a more caring and dedicated team!

We have been coming here with our dog for over 11 years and have never been disappointed. It’s always a positive experience. The front desk is very welcoming always with a smile, the techs and nurses are very caring and the doctors are excellent. This is a group of people who are where they should be, genuinely loving and caring for sick animals (and healthy ones). When you have a scheduled appointment, there is very minimal wait time usually just a few minutes, if any. I’ve called a few times as an emergency and was able to be seen right away, even in the evening when closing time was close. I can’t say enough nice things about this wonderful group of people except thank you for caring for our dog, Mickey.

Dr. Salas is wonderful to work with—kind, thorough, and an excellent listener. She was my go-to vet for my previous Westie and diagnosed Cushing’s after two other vets dismissed it, which made a huge difference in his quality and length of life. With my current Westie, her workups are always logical and she takes time to hear our concerns. I truly appreciate her thoughtful, patient-centered approach. Highly recommend.
