I have nothing but high praise for Temperance Hill Animal Hospital and Dr. Robin Viscardis! Dr. Viscardis is an excellent doctor with warmth and professionalism bar none! The entire staff is down to earth and friendly—it’s a good place to walk into—and they give top notch service! I have (2) dogs that are regulars here and I’m happy! A friend recommended this place to me and now I recommend it to others! When Dr. Viscardis hasn’t been available for our appointments, the other doctors have been just as kind and attentive as if they were with us every time. It’s good to be so cared for, and I am grateful! If you’re looking for a great vet/animal hospital in Hot Springs, this is a wonderful place! We always get great care for all of our pets and totally trust them. They are happy to answer any questions we have. Our pets have had surgeries, and normal pet care and have always been very happy with their abilities

My kitten recovered from his neutering in record time. The clinic went an extra step and gave him Capstar for his fleas as well as trimming his nails. I love this animal and I am referring everyone who loves their pets to Temperance Hill. Thank you to the vet and ALL the wonderful employees for their exceptional service.

I was most impressed with my entire experience recently at Temperance Hill Animal Hospital. From the front office, which is a customer’s first impression, to the Clinical staff- truly an above average experience for my dog and me, too. They were very quick to respond to what could’ve been an emergency situation via phone and understood some extenuating circumstances for my dog. Pet owners need to be heard; their support staff hears you! As a Veterinary Clinic, your front office is just as important gathering information as the Vet itself. Thank you a million times over, Temperance Hill. I’ve had pets my entire adult life, and your Clinic is top tier. You all were kind, compassionate, communicated well and most importantly, my dog is feeling much better! I recommend anyone in the SW AR area

We moved to Hot Springs in August 2020. Toby came into our lives later that fall and Temperance Hill has been caring for him since then. He was ten weeks old then, and over five years old now. TH has always been great to him. TY TH. You are the best.
