Telma's Pet Grooming

My cat was matted due to me not living at home and nobody was able to brush him. Hes never been groomed before and has alot of anxiety and aggression when it comes to grooming. They were able to get all of his matting shaved off and his haircut it’s very blended as well! He meowed the whole way there in the car and on the way back he took a nap and was very very lovey afterwards. i can tell he feels so much better and he’s not in so much pain! I understood that he would need to be very short but they were still very thorough talking to me about how short they would need to go Very quick groom and cheap as well i added before and after pictures

Horrible!!! I will never take my dog here ever again. I specifically asked her for a trim, telma kept assisting that my dog was matted up which she wasn’t and later called and said she had to go lower because it was knots. I brush my puppy everyday so she was definitely not knotty. She didn’t know what was doing to cut all my dogs curly fur off. Later I also realized she nicked my dog and that’s probably why she cut all of her hair off. Then had the audacity to charge me extra for something I did not ask for!’ We will not be back and I do not recommend anyone to come here.

Telmas Pet Grooming is AMAZING. We have 4 dogs, 3 of which goes to Telma. We stopped grooming our dogs after 1 groomer had put our pup in the vet hospital for cutting her. It’s been 3 years since and I searched on google to find a groomer since my fiancé and I became busy. We found telma along with 4 others. We went with telma because of how polite they were when they answered the phone and the booking process. The young lady was so soft spoken and kind and eased all my concerns. She didn’t rush you off the phone or talk harshly while making the appointment! She asked for all my fur babies info and reassured me we were in good hands with Telma. I take my bull terrier here for nail trimmings since she’d rather break her leg than let me cut them. Anyway, they’re quick and friendly and very fairly priced so what more could you want? Thanks for the services and being so convenient!

My first and last visit to Telmas, I spoke with her directly about the length to cut my golden doodle, she suggested the shortest, but I thought that was too short and asked for the level above the shortest. My dog was scalped. His hair is shorter than what she showed me as the shortest they would go, and seems like his ears were water-boarded, he has been shaking his head constantly with water flying out of his ears four days later, and a ton of razor burn on his neck, I have coconut oil on it, that’s why it looks wet. And nicks on elbows. This is horrifying. Telmas was recommended to me by two different people, but I would never recommend anyone take a pet there that they care about.
