Tell Tail Veterinary Urgent Care

We brought our dog in to look at an injured paw and received excellent care at Tell Tail. Everyone we interacted with was warm and compassionate. Dr. Whitford was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with her exam, explanation, and plan. The clinic was kind enough to check in on us the next day and I was happy to be able to report that thanks to them, our dog was in much less pain. I’m very grateful for the level of care we received and would strongly recommend Tell Tail for same day veterinary care.

I was out of town and my mom had to use this place as an urgent care for my cat. She told me how kind they were and affordable for an urgent care. They figured out the problem. They were honest with my mom. Euthanasia was decided. But when they sent me a card in the mail Telling me how sorry they were for our loss. I was so pleasantly surprised and overjoyed to get his paw prints from an ink paper And a beautiful inking of his face, something I was out of town. unable to enjoy for the last time. But now I permanently have them on paper, and I appreciate it so much more than words can say. It was the right decision for all. But I am very appreciative of their thoughtfulness and going out of their way to do something really nice. It seems to be a very caring staff.

Amazing place with amazing people!! Dr.Paz is an excellent Dr with extensive knowledge and Marty up front is such a delight and really cares about the fur babies and their owners! My dog needed an abdominal ultrasound recently and he was very anxious so they were able to get him done first and not use any anesthesia and he was in an out within 2 hours. I am so very grateful I found this place!!! I would suggest anyone who is having health issues with their fur baby to come to them, they are truly the best!!

This will be my second experience with Tell Tail Veterinary and it was another wonderful one. Sadly, my sweet cat Cheeto had become very ill and we knew we had to put him to rest. Upon walking in, we were greeted with exceptional service by Marty! He is honestly the sweetest and just makes you feel at ease during such a stressful time. Margo was super helpful and kind as well! Our wonderful veterinarian was Dr. Whitford and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to all of our concerns and showed so much compassion which meant the world to me as I was devastated. Although, I had to say goodbye to my fur baby, the experience was so much easier with such gentle hands and the empathy and care that all of the staff showed us is unmatched. The most positive veterinary experience I have ever had! One of my cats needed an ultrasound and Marty got her in right away. Dr. Paz reviewed the results with me and took extra time giving me her thoughts as well as some articles about the condition. The price for all of the services I received was also quite reasonable. The Tell Tail team made this very stressful situation so much easier on me and my cat! Thank you 😊.
