All my horn worms arrived alive and healthy. My bearded dragon Arya looked happy. Well, as happy as his face would allow. (He has a permanent RBF, ok.) I have ordered several things from this seller. Always top notch products. Healthy and alive. Definitely would recommend.

I placed an order for over $200 and paid extra for an insulated box, additional insulation, and a heat pack. Everything arrived fine except the 500 dwarf white isopods, which were all DOA (about $90). I contacted customer service promptly and was asked for photos and an update (they replied a few days later). I immediately responded with photos and confirmed the dwarf whites were still inactive/DOA. From that point forward, I received no further response. I sent multiple follow-up emails requesting a replacement or refund and never received acknowledgement or a resolution. Many got crushed in the bottom, a majority survived however! I’m not sure if they had been rattled too hard during shipping, but I went out and got them right away despite our mailman ignoring the label (not seller’s fault) so they weren’t effected by the heat. The others seem healthy! Looks like I lost about 15 or so, thankfully not too many. They were packaged securely, and the ice pack wasn’t pressed against the containers, keeping them from getting too cold. I’m overall very happy about it, and I feel like it’s safe to assume the deaths I had were postal rough handling.

I don't know, I think your experience with these folks is really going to depend on what you come here for. I think for feeder insects, they're great. If you're here for isopods or springtails, I think it's another story. My last straw was ordering a single isopod that was strangely very slow and not very active in the container it was given to me in. I let him sit for an hour in that cup, seeing if he'd liven up, but never did. I put him in his enclosure anyways, and within just a handful of hours, he had passed. He never even moved from the spot I gently transferred him into. I never once saw him even crawl.
