Tara's Grooming

Had my German Shepherds teeth descaled and cleaned. I’m very happy with Tara and being able to cut my dog’s nails with ease and especially the teeth cleaning. I will be coming back for sure, thank you so much! 😊 Also, the new location is in Ehrenberg a short drive from Blythe.

Had a scheduled appointment and no one was there when I got there. I waited 15 minutes and called twice and nothing. The voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I guess I will have to go with the other groomer down the road, hopefully they show up to work! Update: Tara called me back, apologized and explained the circumstances behind the missed appointment. We rescheduled and she did a nice job with our cocker Bella. Thank you and we will see you in about 5 weeks!

She’s a very kind lady but she doesn’t know how to properly groom shihtzus. Everyone keeps calling my dog scary looking cause of his eyes. I will never use this groomer again. Go to mistie at platinum grooming instead she does an amazing job.

Set up an appointment last week to have my dogs groomed this morning at 11 am. She never showed up and it looks like there isn’t even a business inside. Have already moved on !

I've taken my 2 "little ones" to Tara on several occasions and this will be a VERY mixed review. As for "grooming", I've always been happy with the results. They both look really cute and her prices are in line with what one would expect. I'd actually give her 4 or 5 stars for the acual "grooming"! As to running a business and specifically "communication" with Customers / Clients I've never seen anything as bad. You're "forced" to make appointments on a website that very often just locks up and freezes. What can you do when that happens,... you call,... simple and easy,... except messages get ignored and I can not get a call back. Most recently she had a problem with her credit card processor and she processed my charge through a somewhat unconventional method which created a HUGE probl
