Tangled Tails Pet Spa

This was one of the best experiences with a groomer that both our furbaby, Dappy and I have had since we moved to FL. Sheena understood Dappy's separation anxiety issues and made sure to have one on one time with her. She listened to how I wanted her cut and styled and did an amazing job. Dappy was calm when I picked her up which never happens. We definitely won't be going anywhere else, we're here to stay!

Tangled Tails is THE BEST! She’s been my groomer over 14 years. She worked with my latest rescue dog to get him over his fear of getting his nails trimmed to the point where he was no longer fearful within a short time. I have no complaints, only sincere thanks for being so kind and caring to my pups.

Sheena is amazing and so is her staff. She was able to fit me in last minute after having unpleasant experiences elsewhere. As a new puppy owner, she was able to give me direction and spend time with me on the best way to maintain her coat. Her staff loved on my puppy. Everyone has commented how cute her cut is! Finally found a groomer I’m happy with!

This groomer did a great job on our dog the first time we brought him there, but we were never able to get another appointment after the initial visit. We were strung along for several months due to their receptionist either not responding to our calls/texts or telling us continuously that we were on the waiting list, only to be moved down on the list without an explanation. When we left a review detailing this situation, they responded very disrespectfully, insinuating that we were lying and leaving out information even though full proof of our interactions was shown. They didn’t even get our dog’s name right in the response. They stated that our dog needed special treatment since he doesn’t like getting his nails trimmed, but we were never informed of the fact that this was why they were

Fantastic Little Spa for your animals. She's extremely professional and informative. Very reasonable prices. Seems like you got a more personal experience here then you would with a larger place. Will definitely be coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
