My son and I had an excellent experience at this clinic. After an emergency visit to a veterinary hospital in Tulsa, we came here for a follow-up appointment due to the convenient location and availability. Before our visit, Dr. Madron kindly provided a consult about my cat’s eye. His diagnosis was precise, and he was absolutely right—within about a month, her eye looked wonderful. We were truly impressed and deeply appreciative of his expertise, and reassurance. His guidance significantly eased our stress and gave us confidence in her healing process. I highly recommend Dr. Madron for anyone seeking a knowledgeable veterinarian who gets to the root cause with compassion and care. We are very grateful. Thank you all!

Dr. Madron and his staff were absolutely fantastic. It’s obvious they take pride in the work they do. The facility is clean, well run, and the knowledge and care was top notch. Honestly, the post-treatment write up with an extremely thorough review of what was checked and diagnosed, including instructions for post-visit care, was better than anything I’ve received for myself from a human doctor. Even included hosted links for viewing the x ray images in the pdf write up. Pricing was very reasonable. Absolutely recommend. We were treated with great care and compassion on our initial visits as well as all follow-ups. 10/10 would use again.

We had a last-minute call to the vet because our dog was very uncomfortable. Not only did they get us in to see the vet right before they closed, but he also did not charge us. The doctor examined our dog and was able to help with fixing the issue. If you need a vet, I highly recommend going to Tallgrass. We have four animals and plan to move from our current veterinarian practice to Tallgrass.

They were incredible. The vet was very professional, incredible bedside manner, and very caring. He took time to explain every radiograph with us and was very informative. They took care of our dog so well after he was hit by a car. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend for a pet emergency. Very friendly and fast service. My dog's face suddenly swelled up and I was able to walk right in for an exam. In and out in under 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I hope I don't need to come back, but if I do find myself in need of emergency vet service again I will definitely come here.
