Love the staff and the job they do. My Poodle runs in and loves the experience. Wonderful people and service.

They were great groomers but when we reserved an overnight for our pups and my husband went to the ER the night before so we had to cancel, they kept our deposit and wouldn't let us use it towards their spa day, which was the plan during their stay anyway. It's unfortunate, because my dogs loved them. However, when I called back to let them know my pups wouldn't be returning, the groomer laughed! I didn't see the humor in the situation. Overall, understanding and kindness makes a huge difference. My husband is a disabled veteran and medical issues can occur. No one told us the deposit was nonrefundable, even if we simply changed the dates, ahead of time, no returns on your deposit. This isn't a reasonable business practice. The staff is the BEST. The kennel attendants treat every dog, whether it’s doggie daycare or boarding like they are their own. They all get personal attention, equal playtime, whether it’s within groups or alone, according to pet owners specifications. And the staff all feels like a big family, you can tell that, that transfers to how the dogs look forward to being there!! Highly recommend

Very nice place. Small business but all the essentials. Big guy didn't mind the tub...usually he complains. At 17 years old, he recommends Tailwaggers from his attitude. Oh, to give perspective, my dog is 80 pounds about 2 1/2 feet tall at the earsl...tub was perfect. 2 paws up!

I have yet to experience their full-service grooming or boarding facility but the owner is absolutely wonderful and we LOVE their self-service dog wash location! Conveniently located right off the beach and the perfect place to stop on your way home. Plus their shampoo smells amazing and their dryer works incredibly well! 10/10!
