I'm happy that this is the most convenient place for me to take my dog (right on route 30), but also the best place to leave my dog in good hands for a washing. I've recently started bringing my large, untrained dog (I'm working on it ;) here for grooming and Rob has been kind and patient with him and treats him very well. The grooming is now becoming more manageable, our dog smells great, and he LOVES it there! He gets excited when I drive up to drop him off and he's very comfortable and happy when I return. Scheduling appointments has been easy and Rob is very accommodating. 5+ stars for this small town groomer. We're lucky to have him here in Newfane!

Been taking my dog to Rob for the last few months. She is a rescue and can be timid and nervous but he makes her feel at home. He does a great job with her bathing and has been helping to get her nails shorter. He grinds them instead of clipping and she likes that much better. He’s very professional, kind and helpful. Very greatful I found Tails. It’s a luxury to have a good relationship with a quality groomer!

Rob is great. Does a great job grooming our dog and treats her like she is his own. Very accomodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dog groomer

Best groomer, only one I trust my Penny too

I have never taken my dogs to a groomer before and now will only go to Rob. They look so beautiful but most important to me is how relaxed they are when I pick them up and how Rob loves them and treats them. sorry for the bad photo. Betsey
