I am in total SHOCK over the condition of my cat when she left this place. Upon pickup she was in her carrier so we didn’t know how much damage was done until we got home. They completely destroyed her fur.. shaved her down to the skin in some places, leaving the rest of her hair choppy & completely uneven.. with no shape to it and no skill in the process WHATSOEVER. I mean it looks like she was straight up struck by a lawnmower... how can you call yourself a professional groomer with these results?! My cat looks and acts uncomfortable and she is stuck with the worst haircut of her life! They refused to refund us for this absolute nightmare.... so this review is to hopefully save someone else’s cat from having to go through the same thing.

Highly recommend! Kat was very pleasant, on time, very informative and did an amazing job! My dog went in smelly and ugly but was returned to me a happy, clean, handsome pup! The business is conveniently located ( lower level). The whole experience was awesome. We'll be back!

Alex is my all time favorite groomer! We followed her over from her petco gig and for good reason! She has twice now caught ear infections our old vet didn’t, makes sure to keep our semi aggressive dog safe, tolerates our wild boxer pit mix, uses the oatmeal and hypoallergenic products on both of their allergy ridden skins, and as frustrating as I’m sure it is to put up with my finicky sometimes last minute schedule changes is never upset about moving things around to get us in at her soonest convenience! When she was out with covid she referred me to another specific individual in the shop that she knew would be able to handle my big overgrown babies, and that woman did phenomenal as well! I trust her and my fur babies lives in her hands! They love going to see her and know her by name!

I have been taking my pup, Annie to Wendy for years now. Annie loves it there! Every time I bring her in, the staff is always welcoming and they know her by name and give her lots of love and attention. It is rare to find a groomer that is THIS GREAT!! I recommend that if you have a pet, bring them here. You will never be disappointed. Annie can't wait for her next appointment at the 'salon'. :) Thanks to everyone for always making it a happy experience!!
