This was the first time with our rescue dog, Max, getting groomed. None of us knew what to expect. They were patient with him, made him look quite handsome, and invited him back even though he gave a little attitude. They shared advice and couldn’t haven’t been kinder. I definitely recommend giving them a try!

I took my 6 month old puppy in to get her nails clipped. This was her first time at the groomers. She was treated like a little princess and well taken care of. The service was wonderful, the prices were very reasonable, and staff were super nice! We will definitely be repeat customers!!

We took our 2 dogs for a full groom. They had a wonderful experience!!! They looked so good and smelled great too!!! Very happy with them and will definitely be taking them back for their next grooming when it's time. We definitely would recommend this groomer 😊

Huge shout out to Amanda! My big 100lb baby is terrified of water which makes it difficult to give her a bath. Stressful experience for me and her! Amanda was willing to meet with our Lilah girl 3 times to get her comfortable with the space and ease her fear. By the third visit she was getting into the tub without too much coaxing and she even let her trim her nails 🙌 By the fourth visit she got a bath and even cleaned her ears! I am SO thankful to Tailored Tails for taking the time to get to know Lilah and going at her pace 💕 Amanda was gentle and patient and I look forward to Lilah’s next groom session!

We have a very anxious doodle that had prior bad grooming experiences recently at another facility. She not only was patient with Jax but showed us care and concern and listened to our worry from past groomer experiences. He looks great and she handled him and our situation with tlc .
