Jenn, of Tailwaggers, continues to deliver great cuts and grooming for our fur baby. Her precision to detail continues to get better with every visit. It’s a great dog “spa day” experience for your 4 legged friends. This was no easy task!!!

Brought our dog in for grooming/nail trimming. When we got home we noticed her paw was bleeding and it didn’t stop until we brought her into a walk-in vet clinic 6 hours later. 2 of her nails were cut way too short. If a dog is injured at time of service is it not protocol to communicate that with their owner? We understand accidents happen but this is just unacceptable. So disappointing.

We have a severe neglect case at the animal shelter I work at. I came in today inquiring about grooming because she was extremely matted and overgrown. Jen and the other girls were Amazing! They told me to bring her inside and they would groom her right away. She looks like a new dog! She definitely feels better and she smells so fresh. Thank you so, so much for helping my sweet little Cinnamon. With some weight gain, love and a fresh new haircut, she'll find a new home in no time!

I have been using Tail Waggers for about a year, the grooming has been ok, not the most precise but my dog is young and I’m sure challenging at times so I gave them grace. Today I made a mistake on the appointment time and came 30 minutes late. I felt very badly, apologized profusely, offered to come back on a different day, etc. I understood the late fee policy and didn’t complain, it was my fault after all. I was told to stay but my decision to do so came with a full 15 minute diatribe on my lateness, my grooming request, a bad customer yesterday, etc,etc. A late policy is enough punishment, you don’t get to lecture me as well. The grooming took all day, which I was informed that it would-again because of my lateness. I don’t think that my dog had access to water the entire day though.

Crazy dog mom approved! Tailwaggers always takes amazing care of my 120-lb Golden Retriever, Cooper. They also took such wonderful care of my two previous Goldens who have since passed. Both were very anxious, and one was quite elderly, and the staff always took extra time and care to manage their stress and individual needs during grooming. I’ve recently become a new mom, and the team has been incredibly helpful by picking Cooper up and dropping him off at our house once he’s all cleaned up. They’re always willing to work with my schedule, squeeze him in for a quick bath or groom when needed, and help me decide what’s best if I have any concerns at the time. I truly can’t recommend this spa enough!
