Tail Command

Called for an appt for my dogs to get groomed and they said they could not do it without proof of vaccination records. All my dogs are. However, two of the three dogs had been going there previously with no issue of vaccinations. The second no-no for me was I needed an appointment on a Saturday or Sunday or any afternoon weekday appt. The lady on the phone said they didn’t have any of those available. I am not going to be troubled by this and will just take my dogs somewhere else to be groomed.

My dog Lincoln first patronized Tail Command about 7 years ago. It was Lincoln’s favorite place to go and play. He always received 5 star care and the staff was always kind, loving and passionate about the work they did. We moved away from Springfield a little over 4 years ago and have never found a place like Tail Command where we are in Colorado. This past weekend, we came back to Springfield for a wedding, and after meeting some requirements, Tail Command welcomed Lincoln back with open paws. Once again, the service was excellent, the staff was wonderful and Lincoln was well taken care of. I could not recommend Tail Command any higher than I already do. They continue to be the best. We LOVE tail command, they are the best! We have never had any problems with them and our pup always comes back to us happy and healthy! Definitely recommend them.

This is the only place our dogs have ever been excited to go to when we have to travel. They are great in caring and they even have doggy daycare. If you have a hyper pup that needs to get some energy out.

Marlow is very happy going to Tail Command! He can be a bit picky about people he likes so knowing he is happy going there makes leaving him so much easier.
