Tessa is awesome and Mochi loves seeing her. Very reasonable and she does an amazing job every time.
My yorkie is 4lb. And he's had some trauma from seeing other facilities. One in which had drop him on his head when he was only a lb. She has been wonderful. And when I pick him up he's calm and happy. Some make fun but your dog is your baby so of course you want the best care. I recommend her. And yes you need to prebook.
