All staff was extremely supportive and helpful to our doggo. We adopted him from rescue and Symbios made him comfortable in those tough positions - exams, bloodwork, etc. They’re very dedicated to doing the right thing and giving the best care. We wish there were more Symbios locations!

We had the best experience with Symbios and highly recommend them for your pet’s care. While traveling from Texas to New Jersey to visit family, our dog became sick. We arrived at our daughter’s home in Mendham and she made a phone call to her vet’s office and explained our situation. To our surprise, they were able to fit us in immediately. We were greeted at the door and quickly ushered into an exam room and they began checking Pepe out. Both the tech and the vet were very attentive and caring towards Pepe and actually got down on the floor with him, offered him treats and comforted him. After a thorough examination, they determined he had fever and was dehydrated. He was given fluids in the office and was sent home with antibiotics and special food for his upset stomach. They treated our senior dog with so much love and kindness in her final year. The care is personalized, so each vet and vet tech knew our dog by name and knew her health history. Best decision I’ve ever made! The entire team is fantastic! From the second I walk in, they are making sure my pup is comfortable. You know how you can tell that a veterinarian cares about your animal when they notice their personality characteristics and cater to them without any insight or prompting from you? In full disclosure, my dog does not love coming to Symbios - but only because I have left him there on two separate occasions for procedures and he does not approve of being left behind. He has separation anxiety and thinks he is being abandoned when we visit, so he gets rightfully anxious when we pull up.
