But Just Being Recently Rescued. I Don't Want To Bathe Her Myself. Here They Will Even Help You To Get Your Furr Baby Groomed!!! Great Insurance As Well. "Princess Light Bringer!" Had An Ultrasound, Because I Was Concerned That She Might Be Pregnant. Also "Princess, " Received All Of Her Vaccination's, and Rabies. Wormed, and Flea Protection. Three years ago, I would have given Swann Animal Clinic a 5 Star review without hesitation. Unfortunately, their service ethic has declined to a 2 Star maximum. Advertised hour state that they Close at 18:00 (6pm) however, the last appointment must begin before 16:40 (4:40).which effectively makes this animal clinic inaccessible to anyone that has a day job (Saturday hours have also been discontinued.) If you do manage to schedule time off from your job (like I did last month) be prepared for your appointment to be “preempted” without apology or consideration. When this happened during our appointment, I was informed that if I left before they got too en, I would be charged a cancellation fee. Meaning, I took time off work for a scheduled appointment which they were not keeping and I

Everyone at Swann Animal Clinic at Hillside are wonderful. I took my dog, Daisy, for a vaccination. She had some other issues and the tech, Kaleigh was very helpful and got us in to see a vet the same day. Very helpful and friendly.

Dr Jenna Barber is the most caring Vet I know. She takes time to really listen and goes above and beyond any vet I’ve ever had. My fur babies all love her and actually enjoy going to see her. The vet techs are great as well as the front staff. I can’t justify with just words how much Dr Barber means to my family and me. I will continue take all my fur babies to her as long as I have fur babies and as long as Dr Barber is practicing here.
