The staff here is amazing. They always took great care of my girl. Their care and understanding for your fur babies needs and the compassion shown to pet parents is amazing. I’m glad we found this office when we did. Thankful for what they do each day.
I am so grateful to the staff here. Everyone was so kind and very thorough. Because of this office, a disease that could've killed my dog was caught in time and they made sure to find an emergency clinic that could take her today and saved her life. Because of this team I was able to get my baby to emergency services in time. I cannot express my gratitude enough. You are angels and I am forever thankful.
Brought my dog in because I thought she might have had kennel cough from having surgery with a different facility. They had availability same day that didn’t cost an extra arm and leg. They went the extra mile to keep her separate from other animals, having us wait in our car before a room was prepared. She was given medication and she is doing so much better now! I’m glad I didn’t wait. The vet was so good with her, she is always very shy with new people. My dog really liked her and I could tell she felt comfortable. Will be using swan creek for all future vet needs.
Dr. Receski, Bethany, and the team made an excruciatingly difficult day emotionally bearable. They helped us through very hard moments with grace and were very compassionate. We are very grateful.
Our family has taken several of our pets to swan creek over the years & we’ve had great experiences with the entire staff. Our dog Spikey had to be euthanized in 2016 & the staff walked me through the entire process and gave me time to grieve with him in the room. Just last month on NYE my dog Oreo unfortunately had to be euthanized as well and the staff made a very sad situation comfortable, from the receptionist who explained the process & how sorry she was for our loss, to the doctor and then when they sent us a card in the mail and called to let us know his ashes were ready for pick up. Oreo lived a very long and happy life thanks to your care.Thank you to the staff of Swan Creek for being so caring during such a hard time for our family. 💗
