The staff is caring, compassionate, and efficient. Travelers Rest and greater Greenville (SC) area lucky to have this private practice available. Your pet will be treated as one of their family. I can’t say enough good things about Swamp Rabbit Veterinary Hospital! From their quick response when care is needed to the genuine compassion they show both dogs and their humans, they are simply outstanding. Dr. Sam is incredible, and the rest of the staff is just as amazing. The whole team is warm, friendly, and welcoming. I even look forward to my little chats with them — they make every visit feel personal and reassuring. Ralphie and Chica appreciate them just as much as I do! It’s clear how much they truly care about the animals they treat, and that means everything to us. We are so thankful for this wonderful team!

I moved here six months ago and was not feeling committed to the local vet I went to one time. I decided to give Swamp Rabbit a call when my cat was acting abnormal (excessive water drinking, not using his litter box etc.) and to inquire about teeth cleaning. 100% glad I made the call. They are very good with my large and intimidating cat, and both the Vet Tech and the Dr. took the time to completely review his symptoms, ask questions and keep me informed of potential problems. The prices are very reasonable compared to the other local vet, and my previous vet in Mount Pleasant. I always want to support local owned, small businesses and luckily, they provide great care! 10/10 think everyone should consider switching vets to Swamp Rabbit, or choosing them if they are new to the area!

We wanted to change to a new Vet. Dr. Sam and her staff were wonderful! They treated our dog for an ear infection which she gets a couple times a year with her long ears. Dr. Sam gave her the first treatment right in the office. She also explained how to better avoid recurring ear infections with a specific ear wash and why it works. We even got to meet Popcorn their kitten. Our dog has never been around a cat, she loved meeting Popcorn. Thank you Dr. Sam and team🥰🐾
