I cannot say enough good things about Suzies Friends! This place is absolutely wonderful and they genuinely care about animals. I am from the middle of nowhere (literally) and there is a lot of dog hunting there during the hunting season. During the hunting season and after, I always find lost hunting dogs and since I love animals so much, I can never just drive by and leave them. I found two beautiful Beagles in January, and I went to Suzies Friends to see if they could take them and they did! The lady I talked to (Sara I think) was extremely nice, and the facility was very clean and set up well. They are a no kill shelter so I highly recommend this shelter to everyone.
