Suzette's Dog And Cat Grooming Boarding And Daycare

I have been going to Suzette's for years now. After taking Brody to get his hair cut last week, he came home with broken nails. Before I took him, he was perfectly fine. After spending $100 at the groomers, I had to take Brody to the vet and spend about $600. When I picked up Brody, they did bring the issue to my attention, but if the owner was the one who groomed him and cut his nails, I believe I should have received a phone call about Brody’s nails when it was first noticed. I did not pay $100 to have my dog hurt under Suzette's watch! Again, we have been with Suzette's for years, and I am very upset with this situation. We’re new dog moms who had a bad experience with a mobile groomer. After a lot of back and forth and research we came across Suzette’s dog and cat grooming in surfside. We found our home. Our baby who normally barks and is very cautious with unknown people came out the back after being groomed like he lived there. He gave all the staff kisses. I didn’t recognize my own baby lol. We sent Suzette an inspiration photo and she exceeded our expectations!!! I was so overjoyed I asked for a hug😂 I can go on forever. Overall Suzette’s is great!! The staff is amazing! They welcomed us and our baby with open arms!! See you guys soon!

Suzette's Dog and Cat Grooming / Boarding saved our vacation!!! Our hotel changed their mind on allowing our tiny show bunny to be on property. I called Suzette and was immediately put at ease that they had space and would gladly take out bunny. Suzette and staff are awesome! They took great care of our rabbit. We had a great vacation, and so did our bunny. I can not say enough great things about Suzette's. They will take great care of your fur family. Thank you!!!

Very pleasant staff, our 10lb dog never objects to going there and nail clipping only takes but a minute. I am yet to board him but I feel confident that he will be well looked after and I will write a review when this happens. Thank you Suzettes!!♥️

Suzette is our go-to groomer so far. We moved to the area a year ago, sadly leaving behind the best groomer imaginable for our yorkies. We are also picky and don't want someone to just take them in, shave them, bathe them and send them back out the door. We want someone who will spend the time with each one and pay attention to the details. For the most part we are happy....except it feels somewhat rushed and like everyone gets a standard cut. I want the nails to be grinded, not cut because they come home and tear my legs up... around the face and eyes to be cleaned and ickiness around the eyes cleaned up really well. Anyway, Suzette has ALMOST hit every check mark for us. She also hired on new groomers recently, so maybe she was just overwhelmed before because she does appointments A
