Staff here were very friendly! Took the time out to let the dog pick out what treat should would actually eat (she's very picky apparently). Also very nice to have knowledgeable people working there to explain the different treat types and what might be good for a senior dog. They also helped out making a tag for her (dog has only recently come to.live with us).She definitely enjoyed her picks and we will return there for other care supplies.

Always helpful wen l whenever I call, even if I call close to closing time, they are never rushed. It is nice to know that when I need supplies they are in stock. Having a business I can depend on is invaluable.

My name is Maryann Andrus. I came into your store this afternoon. My dog urinated on the floord I asked a lady if she had some paper towels so I could clean it up. I apologize to her and told her I only had my dog for 3 months. She told me that I should have my dog on a collar. By the way she was the one who recommended the halter a week ago. I then told her my vet told us a collar is not good for dogs. She then told me my vet is wrong. So I go up to the counter to cash out. There was a woman in the store with 3 dogs that was unleashed. My dog was leashed and I had the leash wrapped around my hand.These 3 dogs cornered my dog and started to snap at my dog. I scooped up my dog. Service is unmatched. Every employee cares deeply about doing what's best for your pet/livestock. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We come back week after week. Can't recommend Sutherland's highly enough. It's our dogs favorite place to go. <3
