Susan's Downtown Pet Salon

Susan is so wonderful! She was above and beyond any pet service I have ever had for my baby girl. Sparkles was badly matted and needed to be shaved, she did a lovely job. I'm looking forward to continuing here with Sparkles and know it will always be perfect! Thank u my darling Susan!

I needed to get my dogs nails cut so I stopped in to make an appointment for the next available time expecting it to take 3 or 4 days till I can get his nails cut. Susan came out from the back room and I told her what I needed and she had me wait for 2 minutes and came back with her nail cutters and did it their on the spot and I think it was like $3 or $5 not sure but it wasn't much at all but my little guy is only 6lbs and I held him as she cut his nails. Thank you Susan me and my little guy appreciate your kindness and were very satisfied with your work.

Cash only business. Took my 3 dogs there and had them washed and groomed. Honesty, in this day and age, not accepting credit cards is odd and made the experience much harder then it needed to be. All our dogs seemed a bit traumatized after their visit. I don't have plans to take them there again.

She does a great job. Always has my dog looking great.

If you call there is a message stating she doesn't answer calls and she doesn't return calls. She says to hit her up on Facebook or stop by her shop. I messaged her on Facebook and she doesn't respond to those either. She may be the very best dog groomer in all of WV but I will never know because she doesn't want my money.
