The products they sell are alright and the customer service is decent. The reason I am giving one star is because the way they treat their employees. I was talking to a young lady in the showroom who told me she has worked for 2 weeks without a day off and they don't even have scheduled lunch breaks. I could see she was exhausted and I don't understand how that is even legal? Then the other employees were telling me how their boss charges them for being late? And they also work long hours like 10 - 16 hours while they are in the showroom...I don't see how they still can produce good customer service. I'm surprised their hasn't been a lawsuit on this company because their turn over rate is just crazy..it seems to me they need better management that treats their employees better because the
