Surrey Veterinary Clinic

This was by far the best vet I have ever been too. I'm going to be switching my little Chihuahua to them in the winter and getting rid of the vet I see downstate. They were absolutely wonderful with my dog, he unfortunately had to have 4 teeth pulled and they did an amazing job and didn't rob me blind. Their pricing is very fair, it's a very nice building, and the ladies behind the counter were very sweet. I felt very comfortable bringing him there which I can't say for my other vet, and I have been going to them for 8 years. I would give them more stars if I could, I can't recommend them enough.

We took our dog here on November 18th because he had been limping and hobbling so I thought he was having joint issues he was an eight-year-old German Shepherd brought him in Dr seen him asked what was going on told him all of my dog symptoms they did an overall exam doctor told me that my dog was anemic and his white blood count was off so I so I asked what we should do about that doctor said we would bring him back in about a week to do a secondary lab draw is that okay they put him on gabapentin and amoxiclav we went home started the medication our dogs seem like he started perking up then on Wednesday morning November 26th we got up and our dog was very tired very lethargic so I brought him down some food to his kennel to see if I could get him to eat cuz he was not interested in his r

Really like this clinic. Every time I’ve taken my dogs there, they have been great and kind. Love that they do inexpensive walk in nail trims. My one rescue Mitt doesn’t do well with nail trims but they have always handled him with care and patience. Thank you guys

Brought our dog in due to not eating or drinking and a hardened stomach. She hadn’t had a bowel movement so we were concerned. First off, we signed in on the sign in sheet because counter was busy with other patients. After sitting for 20 minutes in lobby we get a call from them asking if we are still coming in? What’s the point in the sign in sheet if you’re not going to check it??? Got taken into room. (Some) bloodwork was done, xray done and dr comes back in and says no blockage, bloodwork ok. It’s diarrhea. She hasn’t gone to the bathroom in over 24hrs so how is it diarrhea? They gave her anti diarrhea medication and a probiotic medication and sent us on our way with no regards to our concerns that it’s not diarrhea. I have been coming to Surrey Vet Clinic for over ten years.Recently we had to put down out beloved pitbull Dozer due to Osterosarcoma (aggressive cancer) and like usual they were kind, friendly and professional. When the time came to let our sweet boy go they were very comforting and walked us through what was going to happen so we would be prepared and they were very gentle with the proceedings. They put a beautiful blanket down for Dozer to rest on and gave us all the time needed to mourn him in the exam room once it was done. Following the appointment we recieved a very thoughtful condolence card. Dr. Buzdug is the only vet in the area that I will let near my pets. I drive 45 minutes one way to make sure my pets have the best care possible.
