Surface Creek Veterinary Center

Our 1 1/2 yr old Anatolian/Pyrenees got hit by a truck in front of our house New Years Eve afternoon and they graciously let us bring him in even though they were booked for the day. The staff was so kind and Dr Susie took such good care of our Loki and explained everything in detail, helped us get him loaded back up to go home and the entire visit from beginning to end was exceptional, considering the reason for his visit. Thank you all so much for being there and helping us through such a traumatic accident.

Good animal care from the vets (5). But, I finally had enough of paying deposits for this, that, or the other(1). That is a really shitty practice that needs to be discontinued. As a disabled person on an incredibly tight budget, I have to struggle to come up with the money for care much less plunk down a deposit that will just sit there until my pet is seen. Again, the vets are great, and I like both the vets that I have seen very much. But, because of the "deposit" issue, I won't be going back. It's enough of a deterrent that I have considered filing complaints with DORA. My strong suggestion is that the Surface Creek Veterinary Clinic revisit this absurd and highly off-putting billing practice.

They no longer do Saturday’s, make established clients pay deposits and are overpriced. I’m looking for another vet.

Very caring, really nice people that took very good care of my little fur babies.

My dog Cody Bear, recently started having health issues. He is a 10 year old Alaskan Malamute. The staff, Dr. Jeff and DR. Suzy have listened to all my concerns, and helped me through this difficult time. Dr. Suzy even came to my house when he went down and I couldn't get him up, after hours. They always manage to make time for appointments even on short notice. Thank you Surface Creek Veterinary Center for being there for Cody and I, you have went above and beyond the normal in vet care.
