Sunny Ridge Kennels is hands down the BEST boarding and kennel service in the area! For the past 2 - 3 years, we have boarded our pets exclusively with them. When we first started bringing our pets there, we were unsure what to expect and kept wondering how they were doing without us. Now, we don't even blink an eye when we take a vacation because we know that Katie, Dustin, and their staff are going to take such good care of them. Our dogs, Callahan and Dakota, and our cat, Aspen, all have a blast when they're there. I am so glad that I made the switch from my previous boarding facility to SRK. Axel is a very typical Malinois in that he has extreme separation anxiety. He is very atypical in that he is not a high energy Malinois. Our previous kennel was just not a great fit for him and his social and mental needs. Katie(sp?) and Dustin are great. They seem to have a great relationship with all of the dogs and all of the kennel staff. I love that they walked us back to his home away from home and let us tuck him in for the weekend. Upon return, Axel’s demeanor was noticeably different in such a great way. He was not overly exhausted or excited. His mood seemed very balanced and relaxed. Sunny Ridge Kennels took excellent care of our poodle mix, Zeva. By customizing Zeva’s sleeping quarters & food preparation, the owners assured that her stay was pleasant and nurturing. We found a very happy dog when we picked her up. Thanks y’all!

Our little Emmy had a great time here! She walked right in and wasn't nervous at all. Katie and the team certainly made her feel welcome! We can tell she got a lot of playtime because when we brought her home she went right to sleep! It takes a LOT to tire her out. Katie and her team are wonderful people!
