The level of care provided by Dr. Fiona and her staff is truly outstanding. They provide a calm and safe environment for our dog Bruno, who is sometimes nervous around other dogs. The option of a separate entrance for him and their prompt attention during an urgent visit are just a couple of examples of their commitment. We are so grateful for their exceptional service!

I had the worst experience putting down my mom’s dog here. Dr. Fiona was heartless and cold. She didn’t tell us when she put the euthanasia in the needle. She put the syringe in and a minute later said she was “dead” and left us in the room without saying anything. As my mom was sobbing over her companion of 13 years I was frantically looking for someone to help as we didn’t want to just leave the dog dead on the table. Finally after searching the lobby a vet tech came out and wrapped our dog up. This was the worst experience of ever putting an animal whose is like family down. Meanwhile my vet just planted a tree in my dogs name and made me a paw print with vials of his dog hair and has called me 3 times. Suncook veterinary needs to take notes on how to have a heart.

This veterinary clinic gives a feeling of happy, calm, caring, friendly, relaxed and professional employees. These feelings are transferred to both pet parents and their furbabies. We have never felt rushed and care is given to answer all questions.

Dr. Reeves and her staff are incredibly caring about animals and go above and beyond for them. We recently added a very shy kitten to our family who needed antibiotics and once it was clear that we were destroying the trust we built with her and was traumatizing her trying to medicate her, they were willing to stay a little after closing so we could bring her in for an antibiotic shot. They have been so helpful and supportive with all of our pets and I cannot thank them enough. We are so glad we chose this vet a few years ago when we moved here and it didn’t make sense to travel to our previous vet.

Luna was very sick, staff fit her into an appt! Dr Fiona spot on with diagnoses Luna is so much better and feeling better everyday! Thanks everyone for all the help at Suncook Vet Clinic!! Cheryl and Jackolyn
