I cannot believe this place is allowed to be open. They need to be shut down by the government. I unknowingly bought a bird through a breeder but it was actually from this vendor. He died in less than a month. I have two other birds and it was not a reflection of my care, my household, and my other birds were immediately checked by the vet luckily they didn't have a disease. The conditions here are horrible. His wings were cut incredibly jagged, He was extremely traumatized from the neglect he was put through, and he was still such a sweet bird for the month I kept him.

If your a truck driver it is impossible to get up to the dock with a 40' trailer with a sleeper truck.if your able to get to the dock you got to back out the way you come into the business good blessings drivers 💯

I work at a pet store and unfortunately we have to use this God awful vendor. We consistently receive animals that are not in good condition, and for 4 weeks in a row we have had guinea pigs come in with ring worm. I know ringworm spreads easily, but one of the guinea pigs from today had a terrible lesion from it...this was like 2 weeks worth of infection clearly not being treated. So those poor terrified guinea pigs had to be shipped from Georgia to NC just for us to have to send them back. Not to mention that they ship their guinea pigs on wood shavings (terrible for their respiratory systems) and they throw in a carrot and rat food blocks. Like...what?? No hay? At least use paper bedding. I don't know why we can't switch our vendor, or why Sun Pet has not been shut down. So I just have

I recently adopted a bird which was hatched here, I'm absolutely appalled for how these "people" treat animals, my bird has severe trauma due to staying here. I hope this place gets shut down and I'm angry that this has been going on for so long. This company slaughters animals that "aren't fit to be sold" I've seen the videos and pictures. Every time it's dark out my bird begins to have a panic attack and exhibits SEVERE Post traumatic symptoms. Pet stores, please don't buy from this horrid company, this is more like the meat industry rather than the pet industry. Adopt don't shop!

They sell bearded dragon to petsmart and petco.You go in and look at these babies,it looks like yellow fungus on them. They should be ashamed!!!! Those poor babies look up at you just wanting love and help. If you can look at these animals and not care you are a horrible person! I can only imagine the animals at the facility. I would probably have a heartattack and start freaking out if I went into the place!
