The staff and Drs. are very patient and understanding. I have a 'big' guy who gets very anxious when he has to go to the Summer Street Cat Clinic and everyone is very pleasant trying to handle him. Love Summer Street Cat Clinic (Getzville)!

I went to Summer Street Cat Clinic in Getzville NY. I was transferring from my previous vet that was far from my house. They place was close to my house, parking easy and they carried my cat from my car into the clinic. Fortunately it didn't have a clinic atmophere and reminded me of a small town doctor's office. The vet tech led me to an exam and I didn't wait long for the vet. He was very personable and took his time with Stuart. What was really great was that they told me to change the kibble I was using and gave me a nice sized sample bag of food to try. What are surprise! I recommended Summer Street to my friend.
Everyone at Summer Street is professional and caring. We love Dr. Adams! Even my nervous guy is fine with her. She keeps my babies healthy and that’s everything.
today me and my partner took our baby stella in for a checkup because she was showing signs of being in heat. we came in feeling at ease because before even coming into the clinic. the vet or receptionist(whoever takes care of the texts from patients) was amazing and took away all our worry when we texted them late at night about something that very much worried us, we got a text back basically as soon as they opened saying not to worry and told us what it may possibly be and to please call if anything changes and needed a sooner appointment. we went in early to fill our new client paper work and were taken back into the veterinary room within 5 minutes! i wish people doctors were that quick lol! our nurse who i wish i gotten the name of was absolutely amazing! that girl deserves a raise w
