As a new client, I was very impressed with the time Dr Lagan took to get to know my dog, who is afraid of strangers and new experiences. We spent a lot of time talking so she could understand Willow’s background and issues. The whole team was very patient and kind. I appreciated the recommendations she made about food, vaccinations and behavior. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

I’ve had pets my whole life and have been to my share of veterinarians, but I have finally found my forever vet! Dr. RuPiper and staff is the absolute best I’ve ever experienced! I was very worried about my dog and the doc explained everything and discussed different options based on my ability to pay, as well as a plan of action. After two misdiagnosed visits to other vets, Dr. RuPiper took the time to figure it out and I truly felt that she spent the whole afternoon to really dig into my dog’s symptoms, even calling me multiple times to ask questions. Dr. Lagan has always been such a great Veterinarian for my 3 cats! She’s fit me in when her schedule has been fully booked several times and has provided amazing care for all 3 of them! Her compassion for animals truly shines through her work. Everyone here is so friendly and wonderful!

Best vet experience ever! Everyone who I met was so kind and patient with my new kitty. They sent us home with a free care package with info, wet food, a bag of treats, cat gugurt treat, a nice cat toy, and a toothbrush and toothpaste because I asked. They gave her the gugurt treat while giving her a shot and she didn’t even flinch. I think she liked going to the vet! They were also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my many questions. The receptionist was also so excited to meet my cat and was patient finding the best time for a follow up. Recommending Sullivan to everyone I know.

This was my first visit for my new pet. All staff were attentive, warm, knowledgeable and polite. Dr. Sarah Lagan was wonderful! I look forward to many years of them guiding me through the best care for my sweet little dog!
