Suite Paws Pet Resort & Spa Raleigh

This was my first time boarding at Suite Paws and it was truly the best experience. The front staff was super friendly at arrival, very quick and efficient. Abby greeted us and I was so comforted by the care and warmth she showed to my pet. During her stay, Yasmin, Melinda and Lailah kept me updated on her activities and well-being. It was such a relief to know how my pet was adjusting on her first away from home experience. They were super! I opted to have my baby temp tested for doggie daycare and Mikayla made sure she was safe and comfortable. Her daycare photos posted on Facebook were the bomb. The camera available in her suite was easy to access, always available and gave me such peace of mind. The bathing staff were phenomenal- big shout out to Trish and Joseph for keeping her calm

EDIT: Added another star. Suite Paws communicated with me their apologies and offered a free bath for both of my dogs which was very kind and appreciated. I will give Suite Paws another chance the next time I need to board the pups. I have used Suite Paws a few times now. I usually don't like to board them anyways and find a friend or family member to watch them because I always feel like boarding places nickel and dime you, so while I think only taking the dogs out to go to the bathroom two times and charging to include his pills in his food when feeding him is outrageous, I know that isn't specific to Suite Paws. What I do think is outrageous, and I didn't notice it until I left Suite Paws, was that my dog had literal poop on both of his legs and all around his butt. It was quite crust

The people at Suite Paws are so caring and communicative. They are exceptionally professional, reliable, and predictable - this is the peace of mind I want when boarding my beagle. Thanks Suite Paws for being my new favorite pet resort!!!!

I paid extra for a camera suite for my dog’s stay from Nov 26–30, and the only reason I knew what was actually happening with her is because I watched the camera like a hawk. I later learned they do not provide report cards for boarding, only daycare — meaning unless you constantly chase information, you are left completely in the dark about your pet. I discovered my dog had vomited only because I saw her blanket disappear on camera and called to ask why. I was told it was being washed and would be returned shortly. It never was. The next morning (pickup day), I was told she had soft stool. Later that same day, when I called again because my emergency contact had to pick her up due to their absurdly restrictive 4–5 PM pickup window, I was finally told the full truth: she had missed multip

I have been boarding my dogs at Suite Paws for a couple years now. I had them there again over Thanksgiving and I have nothing but good things to say! The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive, and my dogs are always well cared for. I'm happy to recommend Suite Paws to anyone looking to board their pet!
