I have never been so impressed and grateful for a vet, like I am with Sugar Grove Animal Hospital . From the time we walked in, their demeanor instantly changed (in a good way!) They brought us to a room, away from the chaos where we would not be bothered by the hustle and bustle in the office. We did all the paperwork in the room and they offered to bill us at the end of the month, so we didn't have to do it after the fact. We chose to pay right then and there, and they brought the machine to us, so we could remain in the room. They brought Maxx a large blanket and made him a chocolate Sundae topped with whipped cream and mini dog bones. The vet, Dr. Lancaster, walked us through everything and stayed with us the entire time, even offered us to have more time with Maxx privately, if

We absolutely love Sugar Grove Animal Hospital. We’ve been clients since 2021. We have two 100 lb-ish dogs, and they are the biggest chickens when it comes to going to the vet! Everyone there is so patient and kind. We normally see Dr. Jess, but this weekend we saw Dr. T. I was nervous to see another doctor since we love Dr. Jess, but Dr. T was just as awesome! Thank you for caring so much for our fur babies!

This is the best clinic I have ever taken one of my animals to by far. The entire staff, from the ones who answer the phone to literally all of the doctors, really care about your pet and will do whatever they can to care for your furry friend. The attitude, care and work ethic of the staff, plus the extremely fair and reasonable pricing makes me wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. They really offer peace of mind to us pet owners during stressful times. I recommend them to anyone I know with pets! Thank you Sugar Grove Animal Hospital!

Kerry and Elaine are the best vets in the world!!! That is not an understatement; they take the best care of our German Shepard cruise who suffers with bad allergies. They go above and beyond to provide him the best care and are easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The whole staff is caring and wonderful. A year ago I took in my deceased brothers cat, I didn't know it at the time that he had FIV. Dr Jess is amazing and so kind and helpful. Ricky gets sick quite often so because of the cost I wasn't sure if would be able to keep him. Dr Jess has helped me so much by giving me suggestions on how to care for him properly in order to keep him as healthy as possible concerning his illness, her suggestions have helped me keep the visits and the cost down. I am so thankful I found this clinic and Dr Jess, she is the best, Ricky and I both love her. The whole staff is wonderful and its a clean and relaxed place. I highly recommend this clinic.
