Sue is absolutely amazing. You will never find someone who genuinely loves and cares for your dog the way she does. My Golden Retriever, Bear (aka “Big Baby Bear” 😂), is the biggest baby when it comes to baths and nail trims. He gets nervous and dramatic — but Sue is always so patient, gentle, and sweet with him. The moment he goes back with her, he instantly calms down. She gives him pets, hugs, and so much reassurance throughout the entire visit. It’s clear she truly loves what she does and treats every dog like her own. Bear always comes back clean, happy, and smelling amazing. I would highly recommend Sue to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and skilled groomer. There is no one else I would trust with my dog — she truly is the best!
Sue did an AMAZING job on my baby boy Ollie. He is a golden retriever and almost 5 months old. I was worried leaving him because he does not love the blow dryer. Sue did a wonderful job and Ollie came back so beautiful and she took such good care of him. Ollie absolutely loved Sue as well!
Sue is amazing! She's so loving and does an outstanding job for a very reasonable rate. It's personal care at its best there! She lovingly tackles our extra large double coated Great Pyrenees and gets him dematted and clean --- not an easy job;)
Sue took care of my dogs for years.They always came away looking amazing.i have tremendous steadfast confidence in her ability. even now , whenever I make a trip back to maryland i book an appointment. she is a wonderful groomer and a wonderful person.
Sue is by far the best groomer I’ve ever used. She’s so sweet & kind & she was wonderful to my old dog! He was 18 years old, mostly blind & deaf so he would get nervous going to the groomer but he absolutely LOVED Sue! She was so nice & patient with him & was always so flexible & understanding when I would have to reschedule at the last min because he wasn’t feeling well. I’ll never take any future dog anywhere else! Cannot say enough about how wonderful Sue & Sue’s Sudsey Pup were for my old dog Bear!
