We are so happy with our experience at Sudz Em Up Pet Salon! Owner Victoria and her team really go the extra mile to answer ANY questions or as many messages as you send 😂! It’s a great family environment for us and our fur baby and can’t imagine going anywhere else! And they are so much more affordable with far better quality and care then anywhere else we have been. Thanks for taking such good care of our baby!

I called these guys when my mobile groomer moved away. I had a recurring appointment every other Friday. They did an ok job however after I called to reschedule an appointment from Friday to Monday because we were out of town they did not show on the Monday. I called and left a message asking what happened and got no response. On Tuesday I called as well still no response. I called once again on Wednesday and asked if there was some kind of issue but please at least call me back so that I know. Again nothing. To me this is pretty terrible and cowardly customer service. To top it off this last Thursday I got a text reminder of an appointment on Friday but of course no one showed.

Just moved to town from Houston. Didn't know which groomer to pick in the area but I went with this one. I have a German Shepherd mix who doesn't get cut, she just needs a bath and a good brush that I don't have time for at home. They got me in the morning after I called, prices were extremely reasonable compared to what I paid in Texas, and they seemed like a much more genuine caring place than I've previously been to! The girl who checked me out said that they can't really get all of her undercoat out in 1 session without damaging her fur (I haven't taken her to the groomer in a while and her coat is really dense) and they could also tell that another groomer had done this to her previously. No one has ever given me feedback on her fur like this so I appreciate that. Then she told me to

Got my cat’s nails trimmed and I have to say the service is amazing!! I called them just to find out about pricing and found out they do mostly mobile grooming and were able to come out within 15 minutes of ending the call!! The same day!! The pricing is 100% reasonable and her nails turned out great; will definitely use them going forward 🙂

First time using a groomer! Already booked an appointment for next month! These girls.. WOW! Such amazing customer service! My Dutchess came out of a horrific living environment to us 3 months ago. 50+ pounds of pure love. She went in with no hesitation and came out wagging her tail. You gained a family that will sing your praises all over town!
