Suburban vet clinic went above a beyond during our scenery! Our feline family member needed emergency care and Dr. Richardson and her team took amazing care of us. Her staff was extremely helpful and empathic. They took the time to make sure we understood and felt comfortable at every step of the process. The charge came out less than what we were originally quoted which was already a fair price. I hope we don’t need any further emergency services but we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Wonderful vet and support staff! These people truly care about pets more than price. The office is modest but the care is five star all the way. I am so grateful to have found them. My first visit was for teeth cleaning and extractions for my 2 small dogs. My previous version wanted to charge me $2,000 a piece for the procedure! Seriously, $4000 for the 2 of them. I left there so upset because they needed the treatment but. I couldn't afford that. A friend of mine told me about the Dr here and when I came here and they told me the total for both was going to run about $900 I burst into tears of happiness. Don't be put off by the paper files behind the front desk. What they lack in fancy operations they make up for in genuinely good care that is beyond reasonably priced.

I have finally found my forever vet! This veterinary clinic truly stands out for their exceptional care, short wait times, and genuine kindness toward both pets and their owners. From the moment I walked in with my pet for an unexpected emergency, the staff was accommodating and quick to assist, even without an appointment. The wait time was impressively short—within minutes, we were seen by a compassionate veterinarian who immediately put us at ease. Their expertise was evident as they handled my pet with such gentleness and care, making a stressful situation so much more manageable. The entire team was warm, professional, and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. They treated my pet like their own, and their kindness extended to me as well,

I cannot recommend Dr. Richardson enough. She is amazing at explaining everything throughly and shows such compassion to our pets! She was there when I had to put my sweet 19 yr old dog to sleep and she recently did emergency surgery on my 1 yr old cat. The office staff is really great as well, 10/10 ⭐️
