Excellent customer service from the call with questions booking a first appt. to after picking up my dog. This place is very thorough, professional, and personable. My Australian shepherd received the best grooming to date (I have tried several places in his 9 years of life). So happy!

I can’t say anything bad about their techniques in grooming, but it’s almost impossible to get them on the phone and I’m not sure why it takes so long to groom our dog. On average it takes them 4-5.5hrs to call me and tell me my dog is ready even when it’s a scheduled appointment. I made sure this time I did the first appointment of the day at 0900 to ensure my dog would not take 4 hrs to groom … I’ve been calling for 50 minutes. I have 7 out going calls to them and they finally just answered to tell me my dog has been done and that they called me at 11:20 and left a voicemail. I never received a call or a voicemail (will attach pictures of my call history to prove it if needed). there’s absolutely nothing in my call history from them except the call attempts I’ve made to get them on the

Such a wonderful place Donna is very friendly and reaches out to you to make an appt that works well for you Shannon is so caring and takes care of your animal with her heart ❤️ she goes out of her way to make sure she does the best job she can do to make your animal their very best version of what they should be I would recommend taking your animal friends here for exceptional care

I took my puppy, Brooks, for his first grooming and they did amazing. He smells wonderful, he’s so soft and he seems to love it there! My pup was very very fluffy as he’s a mini goldendoodle but because the weather has been so warm I wanted him cut pretty short. When I saw him I couldn’t help but laugh but I Hope Amanda (the wonderful groomer) knows I wasn’t laughing at the cut, he just looked so silly from going from tons of fur to very little! But it has grown on me and I love it!! Scheduling was very easy, they were responsive and very professional.

We love this place! Shannon is the best stylist. So professional and all her grooms turn out outstanding! Would recommend to all
