DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, OR MONEY. *YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE* We met with Shannon on January 27th to meet and begin training our 11 week old puppy. After 3 no-call no-shows, constant rescheduling, ghosting us when we were supposed to meet her (to train in public)... I have no choice but to warn potential customers. We did not get our refund (or a resolution) until the end of March, and she only trained our dog for 4 days. 4 days. Of what was supposed to be a minimum of 21 days of training. She will argue that “she is great with dogs”. And I agree. But please spend your money else where. Where they will work with you and your dog, and hold themselves to a higher standard. I would recommend Stryking Manners to any dog owner for anything from basic obedience training to help with specific issues. Shannon is very knowledgeable and professional. She's great with dogs and her confident yet easy going personality made us feel at ease as well. We did basic obedience with our dog as a puppy then further socialization work later on when his fear of strangers progressed to aggression (which she actually noticed fear in him the first time she met him at 4 months old). Did she wave a magic wand and make our dog "perfect?" Of course not. She did something far more valuable. She taught us how to work with the dog we have.
