THIS is a pet store! Recently visited one 5 minutes away from here and this place blows them away! Every enclosure is well kept and the animals look very healthy and happy. Freshwater fish are swimming in nice, clear water nothing is murky or green. The employee we came across was exceptional and very friendly. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful! It makes me feel happy to know there’s people around here that harbor pets with care and compassion, unlike the other place we went to. Keep up the good work!!! ❤️

Brought a Bunny here in late march with my husband. We absolutely love him and found out he’s a boy recently last month. I would love to get an Axolotl from here if they have any. The employee who helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable about rabbits. This pet store is also more ethical than the one where my old home was and I appreciate that!

I went here looking for dubia roaches. The woman was rude to me because I seen the bugs, and they were a bit too small for what I needed them for. I told her I didn't want the bugs and that I appreciate her time. She didn't say anything and was looking down at the bugs. I said again, "thank you for your time though" and my brother who was with me also thanked her. She ignored us so we just kindly walked out. I didn't mean to upset her about not purchasing the bugs, but you don't get to see them ahead of time. They keep the dubia roaches in the back. So I was shocked to see how small the mediums and large roaches were. I won't be going back there for anything, and neither will the people I know who need feeder insects and pet supplies. 😔

This place is absolutely amazing. This has quickly become my go to store for all my pet needs. They have done an absolutely incredible job with revitalizing the store and I honestly cant wait to see what more they have in store. ​The crew all take such amazing care of the animals and are super knowledgable. We have taken all our kids in and they are always amazing with the kids, treating them well and answering any of their questions and explaining things for them (as well as us). We have now purchased 9 animals (from snails, to guineas, to beardies) from here and will likely continue to buy more in the future as they are that great! If you have not checked out this pet store yet, you are missing out! They have such an amazing variety of pets to check out that you will not be disappointe

Looked into turtles and tortoises and asked some basic questions, when they said the price for a baby that was not even ready to be sold yet I said 'wow that's alot but ok I understand' the staff member then got moody and rude and all but said I cant afford to take care of the animal then.... I never said I couldnt afford it, people are allowed to be surprised when the price is higher then other pets stores have quoted. I was never rude and frankly would have happily got the little guy from them when he was ready but it's clear they have decided they know me enough to be rude over a few simple questions about type of animal breed and such.
