When I called to ask about her treatment process, she showed little to no interest in helping me. My dog has been dealing with an eye issue, which is fairly common, but instead of asking questions or offering recommendations, she just told me to go elsewhere. There was no explanation or guidance, and the response came across as dismissive and rude. It felt like she only wants to work with dogs who don’t have issues, so I wouldn’t recommend her if your pet actually needs care.

Sue helped my moms cat. Krownenwetter or Mosinee vets wouldnt even see her cat. They said take it to the animal hospital. If you want someone who actually cares about your animal go see Sue.

Dr. Sue is an amazing vet, and severely underrated! I always recommend her to every person I know. She always manages to fit my pets into her daily schedule when there is an emergency and truly cares about my pets. Other vets I’ve gone to seem only to care about making as much money as possible and overcharging their customers. Dr. Sue has very reasonable prices and always gives the best advice!

Dr. Sue is always kind and caring towards my cats, and has always been beyond reasonable​ in her pricing. My cats have been seeing her ever since I rescued them, and even they love her.
