My dog is reactive and aggressive. By the end of our visit, she was eating out of their hand. They have indoor outdoor kennels for reactive dogs. But the staff knows exactly what they’re doing. My child had a wonderful time. I could fully relax, knowing that she was safe and happy there.

Called to asked about my Bernese Mountain Dog.. looking for a good bath, brush, and nail clip. When I told them the breed of dog, they asked if I wanted her "shaved down". Red flag right there, as you never shave a Berner. Then, when I explained I just wanted a bath and nail trim, the phone was handed to a second person that asked if she was matted. I explained shes only a year old, her hair isn't long. It's been about 6 mos since shes been to a professional groomer. I usually bathe her myself but I'm not comfortable doing her nails. She then launches into some speech about, "that dogs probably matted, im not going to waste my time combing out a matted dog, and...", just extremely rude. I have two Great Pyrenees and they were a mess since the "virus" closed our groomers shop. They conditioned their fur, which not even my regular groomer did. They did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE! We boarded our labradoodle here 2 times and will never do it again. The first time was for 4 days, when we got him back he had a noticeable smell of urine when we got him in the car to go home. Figured maybe he just rolled around the the yard where other dogs peed, no big deal.. The 2nd time when we picked him up after being there for 3 days he was literally soaked in urine to the point where we had to put a towel down before he got in the car. Once in the car he smelled so strongly of urine that we had to put every window down in the car to keep from gagging the smell was so bad. These people should not even be allowed to board animals if they are going to treat them this way.

Took my dog there at 8am and didnt hear from them till 4pm and was charged $79.29 to have him clipped and he couldnt get enough water when he got home, i will be looking for a new groomer.
