I cannot say enough good things about Jen and her team. I came to Stonewall Canine feeling overwhelmed and discouraged after realizing my service dog did not receive the proper training we were promised elsewhere. From the very beginning, Jen was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive — not just with my dog Dexter, but with me as well. Jen took the time to truly understand my dog’s needs as a service dog and help me start to rebuild a solid foundation with proper obedience, public access skills, and confidence. Jenn is absolutely amazing, she has wonderful expertise and gave clear and practical instructions to help me and my dog. My newly adopted greyhound was terrified of stairs and navigating an apartment environment, unable to take even a few steps outside. With just one session and Jenn's patient guidance we were able to give her the confidence she needed to settle into her new environment. It was quite affordable, especially given this was a short notice house call. I will definitely be returning for further training help in the future and I am incredibly thankful for her fast response and definitive results!

Jenn, Aubrey, Angela and the whole crew are the only people I trust with my dog. Jenn is the most passionate, educated, and willing to overcome any problem in whatever way works best for your household. I recommend her passionately for any dog or age, but strongly vouch for her work with reactive and large breed dogs.

Jenn and her staff are just incredibly skilled trainers and their love for every dog in their care is unmatched. Now don’t get it twisted, they will be training YOU as the owner, as much as the dog, but it WORKS. We brought our incredibly anxious, frightened, under socialized , and untrained rescue dog, Chili, to Jenn for help. Chili is afraid of EVERYTHING, would pee everywhere, and would throw temper tantrums in her crate all the time, including all hours of the night. We were at our wits end with her. After just a few 1:1 sessions with Jenn and some time at day school for Chili it’s like having a different dog already. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! As first time puppy owners and we were way in over our heads. We were referred to Jen at Stonewall Canine so we sought her out. We had quite a drama queen on our hands. Jen helped us understand our dog's needs and gave us tools and encouragement we needed to become successful dog owners. She helped us grasp the reality of what our dog needed through great knowledge and humor. There is no better compliment than when strangers comment how well behaved and sweet your dog is. We know that the hard work, discipline, and love that Jen and all the trainers at Stonewall put in helped our girl become the well mannered girl she is today.
