Stone Valley Pet Lodge

Our dog Scooter was so happy to see the staff on her return visit, our dogs are inseparable, so they share a kennel. This is the first kennel where they are eager get there. We have been so happy with the care and attention our dogs get -- Thank You Jackie and thanks to your staff for the excellent care & attention our dogs are getting during their stay.

I would never board my dog at Stone Valley Pet Lodge again. I trusted them with my dog, Winston, from June 2-5 and June 9-12, 2025, and he came home traumatized, physically injured, and clearly neglected. Their website promises off-leash outdoor exercise sessions in large fenced play yards, social group play for friendly dogs, and even a “complimentary daily scrambled egg.” This was part of what convinced me to board him here — but it’s completely misleading. Not only was my dog not given any outdoor playtime or exercise admitted to me on a private phone conversation with the owner where she describes she can choose who goes to group play and gets this needed enrichment, but when I picked him up, he was: • Trembling and anxious, • Drinking water obsessively, • Covered in diarrhea, • Suffe

Jackie and her staff did a wonderful job taking care of our three month old puppy. We had zero concerns while he was in their care. We will be using Stone Valley Pet Lodge on a regular basis!

Our dogs love this place! They are always happy to be dropped off here, and joyfully sleepy upon pickup. We're very thankful for the wonderful facility and friendly staff. Our dogs are our furbabies, and we appreciate knowing that they're being cared for so well while we're away.

We boarded our Phoebe here, and having it be her forst time at a new daycare, we were worried. However, Stone Valley and Jackie were incredible. Phoebe seemed so happy and the staff were super kind.
