Sterling Shelter Clinic

Thank you to the caring individuals at Sterling Shelter spay/neuter clinic for taking care of our boys! The process was super easy (everything from registration to check in/out) and it was so affordable. You came highly recommended and I see why. I appreciated all my interactions (email and in person) with the caring and knowledgable staff, and my boys are doing great!

I have many things to say , the first: thank you for Amanda since day one , help me so much, thru fone call , emails , every time i was looking for a quick answer, she was there to provide informations . Other thing : the drop of my dogs Bella and Oliver Thru check in was so smothly and quick , thanks for the staff was the with great attitude and smile on it , dogs remained in the car thru that quick process with the paper work vacinnes , them a sign outside was pointing a direction to back door drop off the lovely ones , so i pick them in the car. And head there. Knock on the door , there was Amanda taking care the lovely ones , and with that so . They went to cages with tag names , there was left 7:30 am. But 1:30 Pm i received a call. They said that everything went well. And

Had my cat spayed here. Very reasonable price. She started eating and drinking immediately after getting back home and had no sign of pain or discomfort. We picked up our cat a little bit later than 5 and called in beforehand to see if that was okay and they graciously agreed to wait for us. Really appreciate it.

Very quick response to my emails. (Thank you for that!). Very organized The services rendered were very pricey. It was very difficult when we got home due to both cats had the cones off in 2 seconds flat. I wish someone would have mentioned how difficult it was to keep cones on the cats when they don't want them. Everyone at Sterling Shelter Clinic were very professional, pleasant. It was a pleasure working with everyone.

This Clinic is a god sent. The staff is always so polite and helpful. I’ve gotten all my family pets neutered or spayed here. So affordable and there so many other care they do for your pet. (Nail trimming flea treatments, rabies shots, temperament shots, and so much more) My cats and dogs have always been treated so good here. I never had any issues with the clinic. Thanks you all for making my experience so easy and stress free.
