Sterling Animal Clinic

I want to preface this review by stating Dr. Cochran has always been kind and very good with all my animals throughout the years I have been to this clinic. My issue stands with the staff member I spoke with. One of the women who takes calls was intensely rude, condescending, and cold to me. I have international travel planned for myself and my cats. I had spoken to them about this prior, including directly with Dr. Cochran. They all confirmed that they would be able to provide animal health certificates specifically for international travel to England a few months ago. We implanted the UK standard ISO microchips and had vaccinations administered. When we left we were told to come back when travel plans were solidified. Oh i love this vet they where on it i was terrified and they jumped to help made sure i felt welcomed thanks to jazmine for showing love patients and understanding. The prices where unbelievable and i would 100% recommend. Thank you jazmine for being ontop of it.

A wonderful man assisted me in putting my dog to rest. Very kind, understanding and patient. Highly reccomend him, I just wish I got his name.

Honestly I think it’s best to go somewhere else, I went in to have a growth removed from my dogs foot, once they saw my dog wasn’t fixed they called me and I felt they harassed me because of it and mid conversation they hung up on me “protesting” that I hadn’t got him fixed, I didn’t feel welcome there and they don’t seem to care much it seemed to me.

Absolutely love the whole staff. I called because I had an emergency with my older dog. They were able to get me in even though they were booked. They where knowledgeable of my pooches condition and gave me answers that didn't cost a fortune. Thank you all for taking care of Daisy! We appreciate it truly.
