Sterling Acres Kennel LLC

Sterling Acres Kennel has been taking care of our fur babies for over 4 years now. Ashley takes care of them as if they were her own! We never have to worry about them, which makes it easier to be away from them when we travel. Several of our fur babies have been on medications at different times and Ashley handled all of those needs.

Ashley is wonderful to work with. She took wonderful care of my dog and he was as excited to get dropped off as he was to be picked up. No hesitation whatsoever - will be using these services again!

We’ve been using Sterling Acres since rescuing our Boxer Mollie three years ago. We have never had a negative experience. Ashley is prompt, responsive, communicative and runs a clean and professional business, but mostly she makes me feel at ease when leaving my fur child. I can relax away from her knowing she’s in good hands Mollie feels comfortable at each drop off and we feel comfortable dropping her off. The new kennel is amazing and it sounds like there’s more enrichment in the works. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sterling Acres.

We picked our dogs up today. Maybe my expectations are too high after using a facility like going to the dogs, or I just didn't understand the quality of service provided by the description in the website, but I have 2 major issues. When I got in my jeep to leave, I noticed my dogs smelled horrible, almost like they had been sitting in their own waste for 2 days. When I received my little dogs bed, it was wet, I thought it was from water spillage until I smelled it, and it was soaked with urine. They didn't even tell me it was urine. They just handed it to me like this was a normal thing. Luckily, I have leather seats in my vehicle, or I would be requesting a full refund to pay someone to get the smell out. I washed both of my dogs twice, and my lab still doesn't smell his normal self. Thi
